We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aprils Chance online purchase. Please read the below to ensure we can make your return as speedy as possible.
We will happily accept returns on an item after 14 days of receiving ; together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all Aprils Chance items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame. All items returned must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and must include all tags.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return unwanted items. If the return does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange or refund. We advise you used a track method for a safe delivery.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
To return an item, please email aprilschanceinformation@gmail.
com with a brief description of your return and original order details. You will then be provided with a reference and return address.
Aprils Chance reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping and duties paid. Once your return arrives to us within the time frame specified please allow 3-4 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY
All products have been quality controlled, however if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the faulty item before returning. We will replace the item if we have stock available or will issue a refund within 1 month of purchase. Anything outside this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Please always follow garment care instructions.
